[[وهل يصحُّ للمعتَكِفِ أنْ يشترط ذلكَ عندَ دخولِ الاعتكافِ؟]] اختلف العلماءُ في ذلكَ على قولين، أرجحُهُما: أنَّه يَصحُّ لهُ أنْ يشتَرِطَ؛ لورودِهِ عن جماعةٍ من التابعينَ، كإبراهيمَ النَّخَعي، وعطاءٍ، وقتادةَ.
ومعنى الاشتراطِ: أنْ يقولَ: استَثني من اعتكافِي عيادةَ مريضٍ، أو شهودَ جنازةٍ، ونحوَ ذلكَ.
[[فائدة]]: مع القولِ بجوازِ الاشتراطِ في بعضِ الأمورِ إلَّا أنَّ الأولى عدمه، إلا إذا كان المريضُ من أقاربِه الذين تعتبرُ عدمُ عيادتِهِم قطيعةَ رَحْمٍ، فهنا يَستثني، وكذا شهودُ جنازتَهُ.
